Baked Goods
Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly baked bread and cookies in the oven? While often, baked goods are loaded with sugar, I’ve created some recipes that both don’t include any refined sweeteners as well as some that do … because it’s ok to treat yourself once in a while (in moderation, of course).
You can still follow a real food diet with these baked good recipes: Healthy Pumpkin Muffins (enjoyed all year long!), Honey Whole-Wheat Sandwich Bread, Easy Cheesy Crackers (made with 3 ingredients), and of course Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies.
