Gingerbread Loaf
This homemade gingerbread loaf has all of the classic holiday flavors! The texture is soft and moist. This quick bread has warm and cozy flavors. Great for the Christmas holiday season or any time of the year!

Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the white whole wheat flour, ground cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir together.
Then, add in all of the remaining ingredients. Stir together.
Pour the gingerbread batter into the lined pan. Smooth into an even layer.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Finally, remove the gingerbread loaf from the oven. Allow the bread to fully cool before removing from the pan. Then, slice and serve!
Notes
If you are gluten-free, use gluten-free flour.
The batter will be smooth and creamy.
Do not bake too long.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
Wrap individual slices and freeze for up to 2 months.
