Ordinary Members:
– Any person above the age of 21 and holding a degree in a related discipline can be an ordinary member.
– An ordinary member cannot hold office but can vote.- There shall be no membership fee for an ordinary member.
Organizational Members:
– Organizational membership is limited to commercial firms, clubs, consulates and associations belonging to related fields.
– The membership shall be registered in the name of the body making the application and not in the name of any individual.
– Organizational Members shall receive such benefits of Ordinary Members as may be determined from time to time by the Committee, but shall have no voting power or rights to hold office and shall not be permitted to take part in any competition or other events which the Association may organize for the benefit of its members, without the special permission of the Committee.
Honorary Members:
– Honorary membership is granted to any person in appreciation of their outstanding services rendered to the society or to an individual for their expertise in their discipline which is of interest to the society.
– Honorary Members shall receive such benefits of Ordinary Members as may be determined from time to time by the Committee, but shall have no voting power or rights to hold office and shall not be permitted to take part in any competition or other events which the Association may organize for the benefit of its members, without the special permission of the Committee.
Student Members:
– Any person aged between 18 and 35 years old, holding a valid student card, who is approved by the Committee shall be eligible to become a Student Member
– Student Members shall be entitled to such benefits of membership as maybe determined from time to time by the Committee. Student Members shall have no right to vote at meetings or to hold office.
– Persons who are below 18 years of age shall not be accepted as members without the written consent of their parent or guardian.
Please Note: Only members who are 21 years of age shall have the right to vote and to hold office in the Society.
