Hi Dusty, thanks for reaching out. We don’t focus on weight loss, just the healthy benefits of eating real food (which could lead to some weigh loss). If weight loss is your ultimate goal, we would recommend finding a nutritionist or weight loss page to better help that need. – Nicole

Are there meal plans available to help me figure out how to lose weight using real foods? All my searches turn up clean eating diets that don’t include full fat dairy. I would like to know how many servings of each food group I should eat per day to lose weight, at around 2000 calories daily. I’d appreciate any help and direction. Thanks, Dusty B.

Hi Katherine. It would depend on the recipe but generally 4oz is a good target for the meat/protein course.

I see that you are feeding a family of 4, but, for example, you are only buying 10 oz. of fish. Are your portions smaller than the recommended portions of 4oz person?
Thank you,
Katherine

I was wondering if there is a similar company or information on using ginger, clove, and nutmeg.

I love this idea and would be very interested in more school lunch options! My problem is that my kids are allergic to both dairy and gluten. I saw that you offer filters and I got so excited to look through your gluten & dairy free options, but there were only two. That wouldn’t be as big of an issue if they didn’t both look like they wouldn’t filmy first grader up. He needs a substantial mid day meal and I am running out of protein idea that don’t make him feel like he’s just snacking. If I knew you had more options for me, I would order in a heart beat. Hi Robert. I find that I buy a lot of their products but have not done any real research into their company. Here is their website info: http://www.edenfoods.com/about/.
