I came hoping to find a budget friendly meal plan and this is not it!

Oven roasted chicken, with mashed potatoes, gravy and broccoli on a Monday? Totally doable with no sports, dance, etc. to rush off to. Not to mention time to cook/bake with my girls. I am thankful I had lots of delicious Farmer’s market meat in my freezer. Though I will say I am cooking more meals that include meat then usual as fresh produce doesn’t last long at our house. I too menu planned before my big stock-up grocery run

What a luxury for those of you that can continue to buy food for two weeks. Due to so many people panic buying in my area we are asked to buy only enough for one week. Hope panic and hoard buying slows down here soon so when I do need to go get food it is available.

Ha! I’m easy to please but my extremely picky kids are another story.
