I make my whipped cream in a mason jar. I put the ingredients in the jar and let the kids shake it up. Takes 20 minutes or so. Turn on some music, pass it around and have some fun!!!

Hi. You can freeze it. The Kitchn.com recommends: “spooning leftovers onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet, then transfer the dollops to a freezer bag.”

    1. I usually make my whipped cream in a blender – much quicker! BUT, it also can curdle very quickly so you have to keep a close eye on it.
I also usually add a dash of pure vanilla extract, rather than maple syrup. I find that since it’s usually being served with something sweet, it doesn’t need any added sugar.
