I love it!!

HI Linda. I hear you but it does not have to be as complicated as it may seem. We often take a weekend day to prep, cook and freeze to help make feeding our families throughout the week a little easier. Crock pot meals are also a life savor as are meal planning services such as Once A Month Meals: https://www.100daysofrealfood.com/2013/03/11/how-to-be-a-once-a-month-mom/.

Pure Via http://www.purevia.com/Purevia/PureVia.aspx
is a suspicious product. Ingredients read: Dextrose, Reb A (Stevia Extract) and Natural Flavors. I tried it and immediately was overwhelmed by a vanilla flavoring. I hate vanilla…taste, smell. I contacted the company and they kept asking”Does it say vanilla in the ingredients?” I said, “NO!” The CSR put me on hold then came back with a vaguely worded description: “The definition of natural flavor under the Code of Federal Regulations is: “the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional” (21CFR101.22). Source: http://www.today.com/food/food-q-just-what-natural-flavoring-2D80554450
No true ID of flavor was revealed by the company.
For some with food allergies, this could be fatal.
The company was not forthcoming at all. .. proprietary ingredient, etc.
The source of the dextrose is worrying.

I came across your website and I’m very happy to have done that. Your website seems very informative. I actually work at Whole Foods Market so I have easy access to organic foods which will help me. I hope doing this will change the way I look at foods forever. thanks
